What will you do?

The candidate will be responsible for managing noon Rocket related operations in the

respective country. The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end operations of

noon Rocket platform in the country.

The following country teams will report directly to the candidate:

• Store Operations

• Facility Management

• Administrative Functions

• Training and Development

The candidate will have the following responsibilities;

1. Store Operations

a. Shift adherence as per plan

b. Ensure DA availability and manpower hiring for new stores as per plan

c. Monitor and improve the following metrics:

i. Delivery promise adherence

ii. Customer initiated return assignment and closure within SLA

iii. Cost per order

iv. Shrinkage or Loss

v. OOS%

vi. Warehouse shutdown minutes

d. Inbound accuracy

e. SOP adherence

f. Training and performance monitoring of Store leadership

g. Stocktake adherence of stores

h. Ensure space availability in each store as per plan

2. Facility Management

a. Own and execute the expansion plan

b. Liaise and engage with relevant stakeholders to execute the launch of new facilities

c. Ensure facilities are running without any disruptions

3. Administrative Functions

a. Ensure attendance is maintained regularly

b. Ensure packing material availability across stores

c. Packing material availability across SKUs

d. Regularly engage with manpower supply vendors or procurement

e. Ensure payments to vendors are done on time and contractual

compliances/commitments are taken care off

4. Training and Development

a. Ensure regular training is provided

b. Run internal programs to run workshops or training for low performers

c. Ensure Store staff is trained on relevant SOPs

d. Run regular training programs across all stores

e. Ensure training is given on the latest product changes and communication is sent out to relevant stakeholders

What will you need?

• Bachelors or Masters in any field

• Fluent in English or Arabic preferred

• Adept with Excel or working on google docs

• Analytically sound and can understand metrics easily

• Min 5 years experience in logistics or hyperlocal or food delivery business
