Job Description
- Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
- 3 - 5 years' experience in change management to support the application of new learning, new ways of working, behaviours, and the adoption of new technologies and data usage
- Experience in planning and designing the change management approaches that guide the change activities required to effectively transition the organisation.
- Experience of delivering change management components and activities
- Ability to review and interpret data to create a comprehensive change management approach.
- Strong understanding and application of change management methodologies (Adkar, Prosci, Kotter's Change Management Model)
- Experience of communication and engagement approaches
