- Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in Bakery section and assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
- Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
- Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
- Has an experience in a luxury hotel culinary business as Chef De Partie in Bakery section
- Is passionate, creative, attention to details
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- A self-starter and a teamplayer
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Willing to work shifts
