Responsibilities
- Foster win-win relationships with key clients for business growth
- Improve product appeal for online shoppers with enriched content
- Create and optimise eCommerce-focused ad and promo strategies
- Monitor PR commercial performance, market share, and ad/promo
- Partner with the Global E-C Community to leverage HQ expertise and tools
- Lead the setup and improvement of business usability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of work experience
- 4-5 years of EC leadership experience in marketplace (Amazon, Rakuten, Lohaco, etc.) for Consumer Goods
- Practical experience for E-C advertising, promotion, and performance tracking
- Experience in managing marketing or digital or E-Com team
- Prior people management experience
- Proficient in data and tools (Analytics, Profitero, Nint, etc.)
- Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
