Provide high quality and responsive customer service to applicants and license holders.
Review applications assigned by Specialist or Head of Registration & Licensing within the required SLAs, providing high quality customer service, identifying, and escalating issues to the Director Registration
Compose review comments and refer reviewed application for final review and decision to the Specialist or Head of Registration & Licensing, depending on Delegation of Authority matrix
Review includes conducting required due diligence, review of supporting legal documents, verification of facts stated in the application form, and submit recommendations to the Director Registration for approval. Provide detailed review comments. Refer applications to Risk & Compliance for risk assessment and screening.
Validate application by confirming all pre checks have been completed (e.g. checking approved business case)
Conduct application tests and checks that may be required
Review results of due diligence and KYC
Liaise with applicants for the provision of missing or additional documentation to support an application request, and for provision of registration fees
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the legal structures, rules and processes for the registration and licensing of new entities
