Job Description
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate with the management team to plan menus and food production
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience as an F&B Supervisor
- European experience is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
