Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and financial goals for partner stores in the GCC region.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across partner stores.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and oversee training initiatives.
- Lead regional expansion efforts and negotiate lease agreements.
- Improve operational processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant field is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in the GCC.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Arabic speaking is a plus
