Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote loyalty to the company
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to provide assistance and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
