Responsibilities
Product development and management
Translating the strategy and plans shared by the line manager into the product value proposition by developing and managing a differentiated and complex product portfolio that meets customer needs and seizes market opportunities in order to achieve the defined goal
Independently lead all project management related activities from concept to delivery to ensure delivery within agreed turnaround time (TATs) and agreed budget
Propose and implement strategies that enhance cross-selling opportunities for related products and processes in order to increase customer acquisition, activation and retention
Providing new product proposals, improvements to existing processes, and developing training courses and product warranties in order to increase the product offering
Research and data collection
Build market intelligence, conduct research and gather information using multiple sources to monitor market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation and market opportunities in order to provide accurate and reliable information/data that enables decision making
Research market trends, news products, innovative technologies and solutions and suggest product and process improvements in order to maintain knowledge and understanding of market availability and popular solutions
Portfolio management
Own the P&L for the respective products and monitor the prices, charges and general ledger involved to ensure timely and accurate provision of data and reporting for the product in question.
Review, monitor and control the complex product portfolio to ensure portfolio quality, portfolio composition, risk recognition, account strategy and industry information are consistent with the bank's risk strategy and market conditions
