Key Responsibilities
- All incoming enquiries regarding building management issues, and the accurate logging of information and issuing purchasing orders for facilities management jobs including instruction to contractors.
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring accurate management of all work flow/schedules.
- Co-ordination of call centre jobs and issuing appropriate paperwork.
- Ongoing communication with tenants and contractors that the issue has been rectified.
