- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with typically 8+ years of related work experience.
- 8+ years of managing construction and supervising of infrastructure projects including road/street lights (LED).
- Professional Engineer registration may be required.
- Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities such as DEWA, RTA, DM etc.
- Thorough knowledge of DEWA regulations and standards.
- Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
