- Operate, maintain, repairs and does necessary adjustment for all electrical equipment and systems including Fire Alarm, Motor Control Centers electrical interconnectivity with 3rd party systems.
- Assist Fire Alarm contractors on scheduled maintenance and briefs them on the condition of the equipment.
- Carryout daily checks on Lighting control, Power system, Electrical service rooms (MV/ LV), Energy Meters, Transformer Rooms, Fire Pump Rooms, Room Management System, Water Tank systems, BMS system ensuring and all set parameters as desired for intended operation.
- Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system.
- Assists supervisor to prepare spare parts lists for the electrical equipment.
- Attends to repair and maintain general mechanical systems.
- Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost
- Participates in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Practical and theoretical skills in Electrical Systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, Hotel experience is preferred.
- Languages: Conversant in English
