Design Manager - Marine

Our client is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist with experience navigating divorce and family law matters with a strong voice and guiding hand to achieve favorable resolutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be an essential bridge between our clients and the firm. Your top responsibilities will include:

• Screening and pre-qualifying potential new clients and scheduling them for consultations
• Checking for conflicts of interest properly
• Ensuring all leads are properly directed through the intake funnel, following up with potential new clients who do not engage the Firm during the initial consultation, and appointment confirmation, following up periodically with existing clients and referral sources, onboarding clients, and preparing reports
• Documenting all communication to clients fully in our systems.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you need to have:

• At least one year of experience as a Family Law legal assistant
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with clients
• Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on years of experience and qualifications

Location and Work Hours:

This position is hybrid and located in Hackensack, NJ. Work hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
