People Associate s key responsibility includes managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding / Induction, Employee database management, Employee Services, Payroll and Benefit Management, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion. This position works in partnership with local and global stakeholders.
Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objective
Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, career and employee benefits
Lead and implement HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies and internal databases across all departments and locations
Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
Translate legal and regulatory requirements into system or process requirements in collaboration with the People Compliance Partner.
Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
Track and maintain HR Matrix and produce Management Information reports
Assessing and improving working conditions
Partner with all functions to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Ensure job descriptions and organization charts are up to date
Payroll Management, coordination with the Payroll Partner to ensure monthly disbursement of salary and other reimbursement for ROW workforce
Responsible for administrating training and development programs in line with the training policy and annual plan.
Ensuring Background verification process is managed for all employees in partnership with BGV agency
