We are presently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our clients, a Financial Services company to cover the Munster region. Our clients offer innovative, personalized, and customized lending-credit solutions to end customers and require someone to cover the Munster region and offer Financial Solutions into the Motor Industry in particular.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Grow the network of garages.
- Explaining our product offerings and underwriting process to garages and brokers
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements and skills
- 3+ years experience in a client facing position.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
