You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the hotels overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness revenue growth and market share. This role oversees all aspects of marketing including digital branding PR advertising and promotional campaigns ensuring alignment with the hotels business goals and brand standards.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the hotels brand positioning.
Lead all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns social media e-commerce content creation and offline promotions.
Work closely with Sales Revenue Management F&B and Operations teams to create integrated campaigns that support key business segments.
Oversee the hotels online presence including website OTA content and social media platforms ensuring consistency and optimization.
Manage media relations press releases and influencer partnerships to enhance PR efforts and positive media coverage.
Analyze market trends guest insights and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
Supervise and develop the marketing team fostering creativity accountability and professional growth.
Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Monitor and report on the ROI of all marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
Minimum 710 years of progressive marketing experience preferably in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing social media and content strategy.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Creative results-driven and highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
