Project Coordinator

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of strong work experience, preferably in digital and ideally in Beauty
• Strong understanding of social and digital media platforms, and ideally of luxury consumers
• Passion for digital in all forms and formats
• Proven work experience as a project coordinator/manager
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Enthusiastic, professional, and highly proactive
• Strong presentation and personal communications skills
• Capable of resolving escalated issues and requiring coordination with other departments (Problem-solver)
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and in a fast-paced environment and/or under pressure
• Excellent command of English language and native Japanese written and spoken abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Planner, Etc.)
