Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service and quality.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational requirements and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, in both all-day dining and IRD sections., addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Train staff in customer service principles, emphasizing guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for all-day dining and IRD, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop menus for all-day dining and IRD, considering guest preferences and industry trends.
  • Monitor menu performance and make adjustments based on feedback and sales data.
  • Ensure proper communication of menu changes to staff and guests.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards in all-day dining and IRD.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Implement training programs to promote a culture of safety among restaurant staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers for all-day dining and IRD.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to drive traffic and increase revenue.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to promote the restaurant's offerings.
