We are seeking a talented and experienced XR Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of XR (Extended Reality) products from ideation to launch. The XR Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure that products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XR technologies, product development, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of XR products from ideation to launch, ensuring that they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Develop product roadmaps, requirements, and specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging XR technologies and trends, and use this knowledge to inform product development.
- Manage product budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in XR product development.
- Strong understanding of XR technologies, including VR, AR, and MR.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and launch of successful products.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
