Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or relevant field
- Certification in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes
- Professional Procurement Qualification (eg. CIPS)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience in the area of procurement specialist and supply chain with at least 5-7 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of ERP System preferably Oracle
- Experience in creating procurement framework and strategy
- Strong expertise in the end-to-end procurement process
- Strong experience in negotiating and administering contracts, terms and conditions
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under stress, handle difficult situations and decision making
- Very good communication and stakeholder’s management skills
