About the Role: A perfect position for an enthusiastic HVAC Service Manager with 5-7 years in Commercial HVAC Management experience looking for a growth opportunity to General Manager overseeing Sales & Staff Development a part of a Service Team. Pay range $145-250/K plus - depending on experience (Base Salary + Incentive plan)

Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of Development, operational delivery for various clients & service projects throughout Northern Colorado.
Working with Service Supervisor & Sales Manager for oversight of contract fulfillment (Project Sales, Maintenance Sales, Client Service and Building Automation) for annual sales plans. annual plan in bookings, activity, sales cost, G&A, actual gross profit, maintenance base, and net operating income.
Maximize sales assisting Customers with selection of HVAC products and services
Manage territory pricing standards, Meet growth, profit and maintenance base & customer retention goals
Staff Development -
Effectively establish plan to support annual goals through delegation and work monitoring
Build rapport with and productive working relationships with customer, vendors, and other outside agents. Effectively represents the companys interests to outside agents to maximize profits.
Demonstrates leadership by example meeting quality service standards, communication, training and individual accountability for staff.
Maintain Risk Management/Loss Control procedures & communicated and adhered to by staff
Coach / develop direct reports and promote their growth. Coordinate working relationships between Operations, Sales & HR- Support Recruitment efforts
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
5-7 years of Commercial HVAC experience preferred
3-5 years in Service Management experience
Strong financial acumen: ability to understand income, Profit & Loss - Budgeting
Ability to bend twist stoop, push, climb, pull & lift weight up to 75lbs & move in small places & Have good driving record
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage Sr. Leaders, Front Line Leaders and Staff
Establishes a professional model of organizational culture, policy, and customer commitment
