Job Description
- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- Up to $850 per day plus super
- Until 30/06/2023
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Heritage Consultant to join their team.
The primary purpose of this role is to review the project heritage documentation such as heritage assessments, statements of heritage impact, conservation plans, maintenance schedules etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project heritage documentation such as heritage assessments, statements of heritage impact, conservation plans, maintenance schedules etc.
- Assessing projects and activities and advising clients of their statutory and process obligations
- Contributing to team strategic goals in policy preparation, knowledge sharing.
- Some expectation that this work would include meetings on site or site inspections
Selection Criteria:
- Preferably 3 to 5 years working in heritage or one of the professions post uni, such as archaeology, architecture or planning.
- Degree in a heritage-related profession archaeology, architecture, history, planning etc.
- Experience in heritage conservation and regulation, pref NSW statutory system
On offer is a contract until 30/06/2023 at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
