Open Position: IT Support Engineer, Voice & Telephony (Service Provider Industry)
A reputable Service Provider Industry is currently hiring IT Support Engineer to join the Voice & Telephony Team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide global L1/L2 technical support covering Networking (Cisco and others), SIP, PBX, Telephony and etc
- Proactively using Network and Telephony monitoring tools for pro-active monitoring, prevention and troubleshooting issues
- Perform troubleshooting on issues/incidents reported with the customers as the first escalation point of contact
- Manage the requests/incident tickets with internal and external stakeholders as per the ITIL service management framework
- Having professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA and etc would be added advantage
- Able to work under pressure while coordinating multiple tasks and ticket requests/incidents
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and presentation skills
