Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain master data (e.g., items, vendors, customers) across multiple entities.
  • Establish and document procedures for master data management, ensuring approval processes are followed.
  • Interface with banking data and manage vendor bank account changes with precision to avoid payment errors.
  • Implement and document best practices for master data governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis within different modules of Dynamics 365 F&O, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Perform GAP analysis to identify areas of risk and inefficiencies in approval workflows and authority matrices.
  • Recommend process improvements and implement best practices across business processes.
  • Ensure the technical and process aspects of Dynamics 365 are optimised for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and lead weekly calls with development teams for tool automation projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of master data management and ability to establish procedures and policies.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and conducting GAP analyses for process improvement.
  • Ability to balance both technical and process-oriented responsibilities.
  • Experience in liaising with external consultants on ERP-related projects.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage but not required.
