Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role evidencing business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
• Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
• Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.
• Analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
• High quality document preparation and presentation skills; facilitation skills
• ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
• Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers
• Talent assessment skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
• Experience working with global teams, including driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree from a MBA school.
• Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7 – 10+ years
• Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and leading HR teams with talented HR professionals
• Able to travel, as appropriate.
