As an Agent, CID Administration for our front office, you will be responsible for the activities associated with the guest visas. Optimize visa time in the most efficient way for customers and stakeholders. You will have to evaluate, record, and respond to additional/special service requests and assists in troubleshooting and resolving problems that may arise during the approval. In addition, you will positively represent Atlantis The Royal professional image and reputation at all times. The possibility to cross-train within the hotel will allow you to develop your professional and personal skills to continuously learn. Passion for customer service is the driving force for this role.
