Security and CCTV Supervisor

We have been given an exciting mandate by our client is a leading manufacturing company in the UAE. They are looking for a qualified and experienced Security and CCTV Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday security operations ensuring the safety and security of the premises personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and implement effective security protocols. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the security team and provide leadership guidance and support.
  
• Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate security coverage.
  
• Monitor and enforce security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks.
  
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  
• Coordinate with emergency services in the event of incidents and ensure a swift and organized response.
  
• Manage and operate security systems including surveillance cameras access control systems and alarms.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment.
  
• Provide training to security personnel on procedures protocols and the use of security equipment.
  
• Conduct regular drills to test the readiness of the security team.
  
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
  
• Collaborate with relevant authorities during investigations.
  
• Implement and manage access control measures to regulate entry and exit points.
  
• Verify and authorize access for employees visitors and contractors.
  
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies emergency services and other external partners.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in security supervision or a related field.
  
• Knowledge of security protocols procedures and best practices.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions in highpressure situations.
  
• Certification in security management or a related field is desirable.
