Ensure cohesive teamwork to ensure optimal service and satisfaction of customer needs. Monitor the appearance and dress of staff and correct any negligence. Perform tasks associated with opening and closing the department, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, closing doors, etc. Check storage areas, compliance with PEPS and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventory and stock documents, and order required supplies. Control the available seats in the dining rooms, the service, the safety and the well-being of customers. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Help management hire, train, plan, evaluate, advise, remind the rules of discipline, motivate and support employees;
