The Human Resources Generalist position supports the Human Resources Director in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of 6 major areas: Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, Safety Program, Employee health and welfare benefits, Local, state, and federal reporting, and commercial insurance

- Adheres to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and TJC standards and/or standards from other accrediting
Profil
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good Knowledge of employment/labor laws
- BS/BA required, concentration in Business Administration or Human Resources
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Programs
- Ability to read, write, and organize content in English
- Organizational Development Experience
