Key responsibilities will include:
Establish, develop and train a sales organisation to address opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
Develop a comprehensive Business Plan for a 5 yr period to grow the company.
P& L responsibility for the Abu Dhabi Business UnitTender and Bid responsibilitiesDevelop and manage major accounts in both the private and Government Sector.
Define and develop procedures with the Operational ManagerDefine and develop plans with the Marketing ManagerTrain junior sales people as required.
