Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor of Science degree and 14 years or more experience; Master's and 9 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 6 years or more experience.
- Risk management planning and mitigation experience.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include DevSecOps and agile processes.
- Familiarity with space systems ground segment acquisitions.
- CSEP and or PMP certification.
