- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical / process engineering, or in a relevant field.
- Long term experience working with international contractors, minimum 10 years of experience.
- Fluent in English and has good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction and completion of topsides.
- Knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and processes relevant to fabrication of large topsides (preferably HVDC/HVAC).
- Understanding of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards, specifically DNV and NORSOK.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools, Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to identify and assist in solving problems and communicating this to the OSS Site Manager and/or PMT quickly and efficiently.
- Proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities with clear communication to OSS Site Manager and PMT and propose solutions. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and circumstances.
