FB Supervisor Arabic or European Language Speaker

Our client is seeking an F&B Supervisor / Floor Manager for an F&B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Managing workflow

Creating and managing team schedule

Training new hires.

Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities

Prepares sales reports and identifying P&L to discuss with the senior management.

Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.

To ensure customers and guests receive highquality service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

Completion of a food service administration hotel or restaurant management course is an asset.

Must have proper F&B experience coming from caf restaurant or hotels.

Experience as a Lead or Head Waitress can be considered as long as have handled staff scheduling & coaching/mentoring.

Fluency in English language is a must and knowledge of any European languages Arabic or other languages would be a plus.
