- Review and Monitoring: Continuously monitor & review multiple CCTV screens to detect security threats, suspicious activities, or safety concerns.
- Incident Response: Efficiently report detected security incidents by Informing the in charge based on the chain of command.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and individuals for future reference and reporting.
- Remote CCTV Operation: Remotely operate and troubleshoot CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording systems, to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
- Proactive Surveillance: Identify security vulnerabilities and potential risks, reporting them to the security team for action.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing situational updates and relaying information as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding CCTV operations and data privacy.
- Confidentiality: Handle information with discretion, especially concerning sensitive security matters.
Requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus).
- Preferred experience in a similar role or in the security field.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Possession of relevant licenses or certifications (Security Industry Regulatory Agency).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
