Market research to forecast and predict based on gathered

Know-how on the market trends and their implications on the business

Maintain the resource funnel and analyse it regularly to accommodate






Competencies required


5-8 Yrs experience in technical recruiting for permanent positions

Middle east recruitment experience, specific to UAE is

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter specific to niche skill hiring on ERP (SAP & Oracle)/ CRM (Salesforce and MS Dynamics) / Digital/ Data

Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT

Should be able to work in a challenging

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical
