Job Description
In 2017 Easy Home Finance was founded, it pioneered online mortgage lending with the mission of simplifying the home financing We are a 100% paperless affordable home loan provider company with a licence from the National Housing Bank (NHB) owned by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Currently, we serve in 50+ Cities, and 5 states with our 30+ outlets and 300+
We have served 2500+ Families, and 200 Cr Loans
We are looking for young people who want to make a part of us and make people's mortgage lending process
We are looking for experienced professionals in inspection, Fraud Investigations, Branch Audits, Process Audits, Data Analytics & Team Management in Secured lending
Branch Audit
Responsible for planning, execution, discussion and final Branch audit (Pan India)
Verify compliance with statutory requirements such as The shop and Establishment Act, RBI and NHB
Verification of Sales, Credit, Operations and branch hygiene and adhering to good documentation
Concurrent credit files audit on regular basis as per Branch audit & Other Audit
Data Analysis
Conduct a Per Audit Data analysis for Branch's Audit Visits, Sales, Credit, Collection, and
Identifying areas of risk through data analytics (i) Ensure completion of planned audits (including Branch audits) within defined timelines without compromising
Process Audit
Responsible for planning, process walkthrough, execution and report discussion with process
Process Audits related to PMAY, Loan Closure, Collection (Soft bucket and Hard Bucket Recovery), Channel Partner, Credit Process, Risk Containment Unit Audit, and FI
File Review
Responsible for planning, and execution of yearly Full file review and KYC file review
Responsible for managing end-to-end file review
