- Maintain standard accuracy and quality is followed when producing outputs
- Prepare location and property description in the valuation reports
- Ensure reports, recommendations, and inspections comply with RICS guidelines
- Create written reports to present findings along with recommendation of Market Value
- Stay abreast of the residential market trends, prices, and rates
- Other ad hoc duties.
