Job Description
- Gather knowledge of clients skin type before administering treatment to provide a customized, personalized experience
- Perform various beauty and spa treatments such as waxing, threading, haircuts, hair coloring, facials and massages
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of current industry trends and techniques
- Develop and implement service plans and wellness packages tailored to meet customer needs
- Use expertise to suggest products that best serve customer needs and maintain merchandise displays
- Adhere to all applicable safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain required records of services and products used
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Beautician
- Exceptional communication skills
- Working knowledge of cosmetology trends
- Possess a valid cosmetologist license
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Exceptional time management skills
