– Responsible for the supervision of all pastry / bakery service in the hotel.
– Ensures the smooth running of the pastry section, ensuring the standards of preparation and hygiene are conformed.
– Makes sure that all pastry / bakery recipes are standardized and communicated to all concerned.
– Confirms that all bakery / pastry produces items as to the required standards.
– Allocates and stores goods correctly and hygienically in a accordance to Dubai Municipality and HACCP specifications.
