Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draw up reports and contracts
- Write proposals and present them to clients
- Meet with clients builders engineers and landscapers to explain project goals
- Liaise with fellow architects project managers engineers and surveyors
- Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computeraided design (CAD) or Revit software
- Prepare cost estimates and oversee the projects budget
- Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals
- Select materials based on client desire budget and climate parameters
- Conduct onsite inspections to assure adherence to final plan
- Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditions
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Minimum years of experience in similar role
- Proven work experience as a Landscape Architect in GCC or similar role
- Practical experience with CAD or Revit software
- Good creative flair and imagination
- The ability to respond well to feedback
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect

- Bachelors degree in landscape architecture
