A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities includegreeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
Responsibilities :
providing information to visitors on a full range of topics, courteously answering phone calls, and maintaining a database.
Qualification :
A University Degree is required in any related field.A minimum of three years of experience, that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is required.
