You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Has a proper understanding of the marketing concepts such as Customer Journey, Engagement, and Retention, as well as key analytical metrics such as Conversions, Net Profit, and Revenue.
• Prior experience in working with Customer Engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, or CleverTap.
• Prior experience in building Customer Journeys from scratch and a proven track record of Customer Journeys' convertibility and profitability.
Project Management Skills
• Ability to determine and define the Customer Engagement platform's required functionalities, bugs, or feature requests in order to implement specific marketing use cases.
• Ability to coordinate with different teams such as the Development Team (Mobile and Web Teams), outlining and breaking down crucial tasks, bugs, or feature requests, as well as working with teams from different channels and platforms (i.e. SMS providers).
