Responsibilities:
- To specialize in creating and maintaining a positive and rewarding work environment for the team members
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Provides orientation for new employees , reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+yrs in HR administration and employee relations
- high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you will need to be well organized and able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication skills.
