Job Description :
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Responsibilities :
1. Clean the office at the start of the day
2. Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
3. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
4. Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
5. Assisting office staff as requested.
Qualification :
1. Must have minimum 5+ year?s relevant experience as Office boy
2. High school diploma or GED is enough
