Job Description
Our client, a well-established company with a strong presence in the UAE, is looking to add to their growing business, the position of a Senior Manager - IT Delivery & Business Enablement in Dubai.
A successful candidate will have excellent experience in stakeholder management, have developed or been a part of the development of multiple IT Projects (within the Airline Reservation System).
Within this role you will be expected to:
- Oversee business relations with internal clients at C-level and department heads and align IT with the business strategy
- Initiate an appropriate, cost-effective IT and application strategy to support business strategy and growth plans
- Act as the single point of contact for all IT related matters to the business
- Provide calculated direction to multiple departments, monitor and review cost-effective key business for all major investments
- Negotiate SLAs and service credits with vendors, conduct routine service reviews and escalate at Chief Experience Officer levels on service degradation
- Constantly drive service improvement programmes that generates cost efficiencies and also drives effective resource management to optimize resource utilization and cost.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred
- Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience of a minimum of 12 years (with relevant degree) - Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
- Aerospace industry knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies
- Must be PMP and SAFe certified
