You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Supervise different restaurant operations such as participating in the opening and closing procedure, checking maintenance, and managing shifts.
• Oversee the stock on hand and meet stock performance objectives by controlling the end of month inventory.
• Greet, help, and serve customers especially in rush hours in order to ensure their needs and complaints are answered in a timely manner in compliance with quality and customer service standards of the company and create customer loyalty and portfolio.
• Implement adequate hygienic policies and procedures and ensure that health and safety are always followed.
• Supervise the team to ensure the retail department has the required skills and maximize their potential contribution to the company. Maintains service standards and operational procedures including standard expiry processes as per the set guidelines, as well as health and safety regulation.
• Oversee and supervise the E-Commerce business platforms, check daily online stock availabilities, meet KPIs, and maintain agreed SLAs.
