Roles and responsibilities
Job Scope:
- Greeting / welcoming the guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Approaching the guest and starting proactive communication.
- Assisting and advising guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating
products.
- Efficiently handle computerized cash register that involves barcode scanners, calculators, credit
card machines.
- Collect and process money tendered transactions of different currencies, vouchers, stored value
cards, and credit card payments.
- Arranging and maintaining product displays with approval, stock shelves (refill) and take product
inventory.
- Applying product knowledge while handling guests and improve the same on a regular basis.
- Working on promotions and achieving set targets.
- Handling basic guest complaints on the spot.
- Ensuring clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring all products displayed are properly displayed and labeled as per our brand standards.
- Assisting in quarterly and yearly inventory.
- Any other tasks that may be required from time to time to perform to meet the needs of the business.
- Medically able to work in all weather conditions.
- Physical able to carry/lift items, climb ladder etc.
Essential:
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Moderate verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cash-handling skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable:
- Previous retail experience
- Previous experience in handling guest complaints
- Any other language would be an advantage

- Promotions & Discounts: Knowledge of current sales, discounts, and promotions to inform customers and drive purchases.
