We’re looking for a motivated Receptionist / Assistant to complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between managing and clientele and screening messages. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail oriented. (Real estate experience is a plus).

Must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant to Managers. (Real estate experience is a plus).
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office & business correspondence).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Time management skills, good in organizing, and ability to multitask.
- Independent ability to complete assignments within parameters of instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Must be Fluent in English.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Operate telephone switchboard to Answer, screen, provide information, take messages, schedule appointments, and route inbound calls to the appropriate Department professionally.
- Active, Flexible, can work under pressure, and completely will manage matters related to the MD.
- Directly deals with co-workers and clients.
- Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Respond and/or route problems or complaints to the appropriate Department.
- Prepares meetings, and training rooms, and ushers clients to designated department/s.
- Manages & schedules services for general office space, equipment, & fixtures.
- Monitor pantry supplies inventory and places monthly purchasing
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Senior(s) / management from time to time.
