• To design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partner, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate
• To create Employee Engagement Calendar and ensure effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness
• To initiate Reward & Recognition scheme for all the employees
• To take a lead role in the following activities:
• Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the organisation
• Monitor financial budgets for engagement activities
• Keep up to date with knowledge of engagement methods to assist with the Company’s aim of being a Great Place to Work
• Delivering a consistent approach to all Employee Grievances including counseling and coaching to staff as required
• Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff
