• Proactively handle (Associate) Partner’s calendar, expenses, complex travel arrangements, visa coordination (travel and residency) as per Siemens corporate policies
• Support ADV Business Development and other administrative tasks as needed, e.g., planning and coordination of marketing activities and business conferences
• Autonomously handle recruiting process for new team members, incl. onboarding/ integration of new hires as appropriate
• Develop and leverage relationships within and across organizational units and external clients to support business operations and office development of ADV in the Middle East
• Autonomously manage in- and outbound correspondence and monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files, e.g., project contracts, as required
• Proactively contribute to the local office development supporting hands-on on daily requirements – as needed – beyond the detailed specification outlined in this opening
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
